As a result of the nature of the services we provide, including digital marketing strategies, content creation, SEO, PPC, and other intangible services, we do not offer a return or refund policy once a service has been rendered. As with physical goods, digital marketing services require time, effort, and expertise, which are not returnable as physical goods are.

2. Refund eligibility

We will consider refunds only under the following circumstances:

• Service Quality Issues: If the services provided do not meet the agreed-upon scope or quality as outlined in the contract, we will work with you to correct the issue. If the problem persists, a partial or full refund may be considered at VRD Creative Technologies' sole discretion.
• Cancellation Before Service Delivery: If the Client cancels the service before any work is initiated, a full refund will be provided for any advance payment made.
• Disputes: If you feel that the services provided do not meet your expectations, please contact us to resolve the issue. If we cannot agree, a partial refund may be issued depending on the circumstances and the amount of work completed.

3. Non-refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

• Any payments for work completed or delivered.
• Administrative, setup, or consulting fees are non-refundable in the service agreement.
• Third-party costs, such as ad spend or hosting fees, that may have already been paid or incurred.

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe that you are entitled to a refund under the conditions outlined above, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Contact us at sales@vrdcreative.com within 30 days of the service delivery date.
• Step 2: Provide a detailed description of the issue, including any supporting documentation, such as communications or deliverables that demonstrate your concern.
• Step 3: Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide a response within 7-10 business days. If a refund is deemed appropriate, we will process it according to the payment method used.

5. Payment Processing Fees

In cases where a refund is approved, any processing fees (e.g., credit card processing fees) incurred during the original transaction will not be refunded.

6. Modification of Services

If you wish to modify the scope of work after services have commenced, we will work with you to adjust the project to fit your updated requirements. Additional fees may apply depending on the revised scope of work.

7. International clients

For international clients, please be aware that any refund may be subject to exchange rates. The processing time for international refunds may vary depending on the payment method.

8. Disputes

Our Terms and Conditions describe the dispute resolution process in the event of a dispute regarding a refund. If a dispute arises regarding a refund, both parties agree to engage in amicable negotiations to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will rely on the laws.
