1. Introduction

Greetings from VRD Creative Technologies. You are obligated to adhere to the following Terms & Conditions by engaging our digital marketing services. These Terms & Conditions govern our professional relationship. The following terms apply to all of VRD Creative Technologies' services to clients of all national and international sizes.

2. Services Categories Provided

VRD Creative Technologies offers a comprehensive range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Technology
• Entertainment Marketing
• Web Design and Development

3. Service Agreement

We will provide you with a formal contract upon your agreement to proceed with our services. The contract will outline the specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, VRD Creative Technologies and the Client have signed this contract, which constitutes the entire agreement between the two parties.

4. Client Responsibilities

In order to ensure the successful delivery of services to the Client, the Client agrees to:

• Ensure that necessary accounts, platforms, and information can be accessed in a timely manner.
• Whenever a request for approval, feedback, or additional information is made, respond promptly.
• Ensure that all content provided complies with applicable laws and is not infringing on the rights of third parties.

5. Payment Terms

• Billing: Services are billed as per the agreed-upon contract. Payment terms, including amounts and due dates, will be specified in the contract.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the contract.
• Currency: All payments are to be made in the currency agreed upon in the contract.

6. Confidentiality

It is agreed that both parties will maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of the other party, except in the case of a legal requirement.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to all deliverables produced by VRD Creative Technologies. However, VRD Creative Technologies retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios and marketing materials.
• Third-Party Materials: Any third-party materials used in the deliverables remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Termination

After the agreement has been signed, either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered to the date of termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

VRD Creative Technologies’ liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the competent courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

11. Amendments
